Interior Design Expo Opens March 12th; Portion of Entrance Fees Assist the Homeless
Rockville, MD – March 4, 2004 --Interior Design Expo enters into joint agreement with Middlesex Interfaith Partners with the Homeless (MIPH) to help combat local homelessness during the 15th annual Home Show slated for March 12-14, at the NJ Convention & Expo Center in Edison, NJ.
Classic Productions C.E.O., Gregory S. Winton for Interior Design Expo will contribute to the local Middlesex community by donating a percentage of all Edison, NJ ticket sales to the local charitable homeless organization located in Middlesex County. Winton says, “all attendees visiting the Interior Design Expo can feel good knowing that a portion of their entrance fees will assist someone less privileged at the same time.”
MIPH DIRECTOR ANDREA KRICH states,” “What a wonderful “partnership” MIPH will have with Interior Design Expo. By providing us with funding support from the design expo in March, we will be able to further support homeless women and children moving from homelessness to finding permanent housing. We are always appreciative of support from businesses, especially one so closely aligned with our mission of ending homelessness.”
“As advocates for the homeless we are looking to contribute to the local community. We truly hope that others will jump on-board with us in this call for help to make a difference as it has been a very cold winter. This upcoming event will be a win-win situation for all involved,” says, Winton. We encourage everyone to come out and support this local effort. Interior Designers and home furnishing businesses wishing to exhibit in support of our fight against homelessness are encouraged to contact Greg Winton at (301) 294-8550.
