New Interior Design Expo added to New
Jersey’s Largest
Home
Remodeling & Furnishings Show
in Edison
For the first time ever, there will be a complete Interior
Design Expo included within the 15th annual Home Show, March
12-14, at the NJ Convention & Expo Center in Edison, NJ. For three days only, New Jersey - area consumers
will enjoy the rare opportunity to avail themselves of the latest decorating
and interior design ideas & merchandise when at the Interior Design
Expo, which takes place at the Home Show.
This is the only Expo in
the New York, New Jersey Metro area entirely dedicated to Interior Design. In effect, it’s a literal Design Center open
to the public where retailers, wholesalers and interior design professionals offer
their products and services for sale at the show directly to the
consumers. The Expo will feature more
than 100 exhibits from locally based interior design professionals offering an
extensive collection of merchandise and services including art, mirrors,
imports, famous brand name furnishings, wall & floor coverings, lighting,
home accessories, interior design services, kitchen & bath design, outdoor
furnishings and more!
The Interior Design Expo offers customers the rare opportunity to
comparison-shop for everything they need in order to give their homes a
professionally decorated look and feel - all in one place. At this event, you can choose from literally
thousands of the latest products in home design, compare prices, attend
seminars, get professional design tips, make an informed decision, purchase and
arrange for delivery . . . right on the spot.
This is truly a
first-of-its kind Expo for anybody interested in upgrading the value - look and
feel - of their home. It’s a
literal Design Center Open to the Public - A rare and unique
opportunity! Showcased merchandise and
services range from imports to famous brand name new furniture and
accessories. Styles range from Contemporary to
Traditional . . . Formal to Causal.
In addition to the
Interior Design Expo the Home Show features an additional 400
exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services geared to homeowner’s
needs. Major categories include remodeling and home improvement contractors,
lumber and building supplies, kitchens and baths, tools and hardware, windows,
doors, decks, patios, outdoor furniture, sheds, landscapers, heating & air
conditioning, pools and spas and much, much more.
Show patrons will be offered significant savings on dealer installed
products and services, cash & carry items and ‘do-it-yourself” products.
Brian Santos, “The Wall Wizard” will be at the show demonstrating
painting, faux finishing and wall papering techniques on Friday, at 5:00 and
7:30, Saturday at 12:00, 3:00 and 6:00, and Sunday at 12:00 and 3:00. Also
there’s gardening expert Ralph Snodsmith from “The Garden Hotline” on Friday at
4:30 and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00. Come
meet Chef Paul Dillon of TV’s “Let’s Cook” on Saturday at 1:00 and 4:00 and
Sunday at 1:00 and 3:30.
It all takes place at the New Jersey Convention & Expo
Center, just minutes from the NJ Turnpike (exit 10) and the Garden State
Parkway (exits 127N & 129S). Show dates and hours are: Friday, March 12,
3:00 to 9:30, Saturday, March 12, 10:00 to 9:00, and Sunday, March 14, 10:00 to
6:00.
